I'm probably gonna die. People are dying and coming back to life, so I'd say my chances are pretty slim. But for now I'll stay here in my bedroom and hope for the best.

Uncle Terry picked me up today in his truck. He says things are getting pretty bad. He's taking me to Atlanta, it's supposed to be safe there. Uncle Terry says he has friends in Atlanta and they'l take care of us.

Uncle Terry got bit. He told me to run far away until I'm somewhere safe, but I don't think anywhere is safe anymore.

Shane and Lori found me today, they took me to their camp they have. There's a few dozen people here, and they've got guns, so I think we'l be safe from the walkers.

Shane and another guy got into a fight today.The guy even punched Shane right in the face. Honestly, it was really funny seeing two grown men yell at each other. Lori had to separate them, but I think most people were a little disappointed it was over.
May 13
Dale let me borrow some books today. I haven't seen a book since I came here. It was kind of weird, books are something I associate with being safe and comfortable, but I'm not either of those here. I guess I'll just have to get used to it.
May 14
Some guy brought back some squirrels today. People were really happy and Lori made Carl, Sophia and I go say thanks to him. He just looked at us for a second and walked away.
May 15
The guy that caught the squirrels has a crossbow. Carl and I saw it when he was talking with the guy that got into the fight with Shane. I think they're brothers. I don't like the older one, though.
May 16
Shane took me and Carl to catch some frogs. I caught two and we cooked them over the fire. It was kind of sad.
May 17
I think Shane likes Lori. Her husband is dead so I guess it's okay, but it still feels really weird, especially around Carl. He hasn't seemed to notice anything yet, and I really don't want things to get awkward.
May 18
It's my sister's birthday today. I wonder if she's dead.
May 19
Glenn, Andrea, T-Dog and Merle went to the city to get supplies. Dale is worried they won't come back. I'm worried Merle will kill everyone. He seems really violent.
May 20
They haven't come back. Daryl caught more squirrels.
May 21
Daryl punched Shane. That's twice this month. They're both worried the others won't come back, I guess.
May 22
So Lori's husband isn't dead. Merle is probably dead. Glenn says he was handcuffed to a roof. Daryl punched Lori's husband. They're going back for Merle tomorrow.

Rick, Glenn and Daryl left this morning. Dale lent me more books.

I feel sorry for T-Dog. A black guy having to deal with white people drama.

Merle is almost certainly dead. Daryl is having a hissy fit at Rick over it.
May 26.
A lot of people died today. A walker got up the mountain and bit Carol's husband. Amy died, too. Andrea's in shock, she won't leave her side. Someone's got to take care of it.

We're burning the bodies and leaving tomorrow. I'm in a truck with Jacqui, Carol, Sophia and Daryl.
May 28
Daryl gave me a gun. Carol got mad at him, but I think I can handle a tiny little handgun. I could definitely shoot a walker if it came down to it.

Jim got bit. We left him under a tree at the side of the road.
