PROLOGUE
It was dark. Dark-ish. No, it wasn't exactly dark. It was some kind of cross between pitch black and stunning light. I couldn't look directly at anything, although I got the impression there wasn't much to look at.
As I squinted, I felt the sensation I was falling. But my hair didn't fly, it didn't even move. There was nothing to indicate I was moving at all, but I felt it.
It was like I was being turned upside down, but I couldn't exactly grasp it. Like a thought you were just thinking, then the next moment, you completely forgot.
The next moment, I lost everything.
